My name is Pui, and I am the proud owner of Thai Supper Club, a family-run business based in Edinburgh. We aim to bring the vibrant flavours of my Thai heritage to the city. Cooking has been in our blood for generations. I learned to cook from my mother at the age of eight, using recipes passed down from my grandparents. They found magic in sharing their love for food through every dish. "Yum hau plee" - spicy banana blossom salad pare with sirloin steak reminds me of my childhood.
