Founded by Chef Pui, Thai Supper Club Edinburgh was created to offer intimate dining experiences rooted in authentic Thai cuisine and guided by a modern, sustainable approach. From private supper clubs and wedding celebrations to small-group cooking classes, every dish reflects a story of heritage, care, and creativity.

At the heart of Thai Supper Club is a simple belief: food should be generous, personal, and memorable. Each menu is crafted with intention honouring tradition while adapting gently to the season, the setting, and the people gathered around the table.

Founder’s note

Food has always been part of my life, long before I ever stepped into a kitchen.  I grew up in a Chinese–Thai family where my grandfather owned a restaurant, and hospitality shaped the rhythm of everyday life. From that foundation, food became a shared language in our home, one rooted in care, resilience, and bringing people together.

My mother passed down both Chinese and Thai family recipes, shaping my understanding of flavour, balance, and generosity. Thai cuisine remains my greatest love, but curiosity has always guided me beyond tradition. Over the years, I’ve explored dishes from across Asia, learning from different cultures while staying grounded in my roots.

At Thai Supper Club Edinburgh, every dish reflects that journey. Food here is not about showmanship, but about connection—heritage carried forward, flavours cooked with intention, and meals meant to be shared.
